v1A: Better Blend Normals + Increment Control

Blend Normals is more consistent, with the caveat of applying to the whole scene (your Tiles will still be separated!) There is some control over how smooth you want the resulting shading to be, but this is also global, hopefully in future patches I can provide more granular control over it.
One tip: To avoid artifacts like above, make sure the adjacent tiles has geometry that supports being merged suggested by making an edge here:
Slightly better results (I think that's just an issue of the underlying geometry).
There is also now more control over vertex snapping, and no need to hold down shift (Full, Half, Quarter, Eighth increments)
